Rental Requirements & Policies
You’ll need to meet the following rental requirements for our luxury range:
1. Valid driver’s licence (and passport if from overseas)
To get behind the wheel, you’ll need a full and valid driver’s licence. Travelling from abroad? Be sure to bring along an English translation or International Driving Permit (IDP), plus your passport — essential for a smooth check-in.
2. Drivers must be over 25
You must be at least 25 years of age, less than 85 years of age and have no less than 12 months of driving experience – unless there is an agreed variation before the start of your rental period.
3. Add an additional driver at no extra cost
Any additional drivers will need to meet the same requirements as the primary.
4. No off-roading permitted
Our luxury vehicles are not made for off-road adventures or 4WD tracks. Please stick to sealed roads when driving your rental car.
