Our Gold Coast airport car hire depot is situated in Tweed Heads a mere 4 kilometers from the airport terminal, and collecting your amazingly priced hire car has never been easier. First, we pick you up from the airport and drive you straight to your hire car. This shuttle service is absolutely free!
FREE SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION
We operate a shuttle service to and from the depot, which is located just across the border in Tweed Heads, New South Wales.
Pick-up from Gold Coast Location: After collecting your luggage please call 1300 729 230 and press option 1 to request the shuttle bus service to our near-airport location during our business hours.
From either the Domestic or International Terminal: Please exit the terminal, turn left and make your way to the circular “Coach Pick Up / Transit Centre” located at the northern end of the terminal.
Drop-off from Gold Coast Location: Please return the vehicle to our off-site depot located at 2/57 Ourimbah Road Tweed Heads and we will shuttle you back to the airport terminal, this service does not need to be booked, but is only available within business hours and 20 minutes prior to closing.
Please allow enough time to wait for the shuttle to arrive (approximately 20 min).
