FREE SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION
We operate a shuttle service to and from the depot.
Pick-up from Brisbane Location: After collecting your luggage please call 1300 729 230 and press option 1 to request the shuttle bus service to our near-airport location during the location’s operating hours.
From the Domestic Terminal: Exit the terminal, and head up the escalators that take you onto the sky bridge. Exit to the right of the Air Train under the sign ‘Buses & Coaches A&B’, and proceed to Bus Zone B1/B2.
From the International Terminal: After clearing customs, exit into the arrivals hall and turn
left following the signs stating Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle. DO NOT follow the ‘Rental Car’ signs. Exit the terminal building, head down the ramp, turn left and make your way to the pickup area.
Drop-off from Brisbane Location: Please return the vehicle to our off-site depot located at 22 Serpentine Road Hendra and we will shuttle you back to the airport terminal, this service does not need to be booked, but is only available within business hours and 20 minutes prior to closing.
Please allow enough time to wait for the shuttle to arrive (approximately 20 min).
